Looking for a way to reconnect with Nature and find a deeper sense of alignment and purpose within yourself, your life and your work?

Join us for a transformative 7-Day retreat in the heart of Snowdonia national park in Wales, to experience the healing power of Nature and Silence, Sound & Somatics. Our Nature Being Immersion offers a unique opportunity to support and empower corporate decision-makers and ecological businesses with a natural diet for regenerative living practices. You will stay in beautiful eco-buildings, designed to blend in with the natural environment and make you feel home within.

With the guidance of six experienced practitioners, you will participate in silence, sound and somatic practices, to hold space for conscious conversations. Our team of facilitators will be on site, providing hands on support and assistance as you connect and explore the beauty of Nature within and around you. Throughout the week, you'll enjoy delicious plant-based nutritional meals. You'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals, and build lasting relationships that will support you long after the immersion ends. Embrace this chance to align with Nature, empower your interior and exterior leader, and contribute to a more regenerative and inclusive future for all. See further below for the program.

Purpose.

The purpose is twofold:

a) to bring the board of Nature within organisations to cultivate the awareness that We Are Nature;

b) to facilitate the experience with/in Nature for business, corporate, enterprise and organisational leaders so they may align their Nature-conscious leadership with the practice of Nature-conscious governance.

Aim & Objective.

The Nature Being Immersion aims to support leaders at all levels of responsibility to connect with, listen to, learn from, understand, and experience Nature – the Nature within ourselves, and our selves within Nature.

The objective is to build and nurture bridges between Nature and business by expanding decision-makers’ awareness beyond the confines of a boardroom, and invite them into a natural environment where they can (re)connect with their nature as a leader to experience the wisdom of Nature, converse about Nature-inspired ways of making wiser decisions, and practice meaningful governance for a regenerative and sustainable future within and outside of their organisation.

What is it?

Inscendence is the impulse not to rise above the world (transcendence) but to climb into it, seek its core.” (Thomas Berry, Dream of the Earth).

This event is therefore not a retreat from the world, but an immersion into the inner and outer Natural world. During the immersion, guests will cultivate their development of Nature-conscious leadership and governance through the practice of silent, sound, somatics and conscious conversations.

You will enter a natural environment to resource within Nature and reconnect to Nature within yourself; in order to bridge your understanding, experience and wisdom of Nature-conscious leadership and governance.

Who are your hosts?

ELC’s Nature Governance Agency is privileged to curate this 7-day Immersion, in partnership with the Inthefield.community and the eco-retreat center Cae Mabon (North Wales).

ELC-NGA champions bringing the Voice of Nature within a wide range of companies and organisations. We support and assist leaders, decision-makers, and game-changers to connect with Nature within (self/being) and within Nature (i.e. natural environment and the world).

Who is it for?

Leaders, decision-makers, policy-framers, game-changers, imagineers and influencers. This iteration of the Immersion is especially an invitation to C-suite board members (e.g. CEOs, CVOs, etc.), directors, managers, programme and community leaders (and more) who wish to explore and deepen their connection to Nature, in order to expand their Nature-conscious leadership and governance practice.

Where is it?

Eco-center retreat Cae Mabon in Snowdonia.

Address: Fachwen, Caernarfon LL55 3HB, United Kingdom.

Cae Mabon is in the foothills of Snowdonia National Park, nestled behind Padarn Lake. It has been described as ‘jaw-droppingly’ beautiful; a ‘fairy-tale village’; ‘a verdant retreat from the crazy world’; a place that shows that ‘dreams can come true.’

Programme

Silence, sound, and somatic practices are powerful tools that work in synergy to help realign body, mind, and spirit. Together, these modalities create a powerful environment for realignment and reconnection with one's true self, leading to improved physical and emotional well-being. By combining these modalities in an immersion setting, individuals can experience a profound transformation and deepening of their connection with themselves and the world around them. This healing work and connection with Nature will then be supported with conscious conversations around leadership, governance practises and Nature-consciousness.

  • Silence provides a space for introspection, reflection, and deeper connection with Nature Being.

The first part of the week’s programming is 3 full days of silence. We make no sound, we move slowly, we do not disturb other people’s practice.

    * There is no phone allowed during this silence practice (emergency only).

  • Sound healing, using sound baths and solfeggio frequencies, helps release tension and trauma from the body and promotes deep relaxation and healing.

Within the week’s programming, sound healing is integrated as the second practice, as you emerge from silence, culminating in a forest gong cleanse.

  • Somatic healing, which involves the awareness and release of tension held in the body, helps connect with the body's innate wisdom, facilitating physical and emotional healing.

Somatic healing is integrated as a daily practice, through yoga, aikido, slow movement and trauma release exercises.

  • Conscious conversations are part of an experiential space, where we enter into a conversation self/being, each other, and Nature.

Within the programme, conscious conversations are gently integrated from the 4th day, as a natural emergence from silence and sound practices, meant to progress into speaking with an awareness of the natural core of being.
