    Alexandra leads the Nature Governance program; global meshworking and collaborative partnerships; and the curating of the Dandelion fellowship program (Nature proxy co-development initiative).

    Bio

    Ally is an Earth lawyer, legal scholar, academic, social entrepreneur, Advanced Certified Scrum Master, agile facilitator & systems coach. She is also the founder of SoaNoia, a consultancy specializing in conscious governance & leadership, and organizational & systemic transformation.

    Ally's primary Nature element is *Spirit*.

    She specializes in Nature-conscious governance and leadership; decisional, intentional behavioral design; and in the relationship between law, governance, consciousness and spirituality (the quality and practice of the spiritual roots that influence decision-making). Her first experience as Nature proxy was for the launch of the initiative Nature On The Board by UK eco-beauty company Faith in Nature. Throughout 2022-2023, she served a one-cycle tenure as co-proxy for Nature as Non-Executive Director, in partnership with Brontie Ansell (Lawyers for Nature). In 2024, she will begin her engagement as Nature proxy for the Voice of Generation Alpha, on the endowment fund board of the Palais de Tokyo - adopting a kin-centric approach to the concept of future generation.

    Her wider civic engagements include serving as a non-executive director of RiseUp (Europe) CIC; executive associate of the Natural Arts Association (Wales); executive member of the Scholars of Spirituality Network (SSN); and professional volunteer at Notre Affaire à Tous (contributing author of ‘Les Droits de la Nature: vers un nouveau paradigme pour la protection du vivant’ (2022. Le Pommier).

    Ally welcomes diverse engagements as proxy for the Voice of Nature, including Nature as director, board member, trustee, consultant, advisor, facilitator, coach, scrum master, and teacher.

    Ally is also happy to receive public engagement invitations to share her knowledge, insight, experience, perspective and wisdom on Nature conscious governance & leadership, the voice of Nature, Earth law & jurisprudence, visionary strategy & purpose-led organizational evolution, and systems healing practice.

  • Bio

    As an Earth lawyer, Tony started by writing and editing the first law school coursebook on the subject. He began his Earth law career after 30 years in private practice, trying cases and arguing appeals. His work focused on consumer protection and insurance laws. He led the board of the Earth Law Center from 2018 through 2021 and now serves as ELC’s general counsel. He created and delivered Earth law summer class and seeded Earth Law in 45 countries.

    Tony’s primary Nature element is *Air*

    Tony has been a supporter of nature governance as a practice and co-developed innovative nature governance policy and programs for B-Corps, C-corps, NGOs, and government agencies. His current practice is focused on rights of future generations, intergenerational leadership development, the duties of humankind to nonhuman species and individual animals, and the engagement of private practice law firms who will drive Earth law into the mainstream.

  • Role

    Lucy co-leads the Strategy, Operations and Planning on the Nature Governance team, where she executes the design and implementation of Nature Governance principles and practices; management and coordination of the wildflower team; visualization, creation and management of NGA projects and the development of work and vision for water affinity.

    Bio

    Lucy is an Earth law advocate, marine biologist and keen ocean advocate. Her background features scientific training and as well leading a legal research team at Exeter University. Lucy also forwards the Earth Law Centers work by contributing to education on Earth law topics, facilitating the running of the Centers summer course and creation of Earth law modules in the UK. Her work also focuses on on- the-ground solutions, through IntelliReefs, where she forwards the application of the proprietary reef building material Oceanite, and its multitude of uses in habitat restoration.

    Lucy’s primary Nature element is *Water* Lucy brings her collaborative working nature, relationship building prowess and agile working skills to the team. Her work is inherently driven by her passion for the oceans. As the bearer of the water element Lucy works to develop innovative solutions for how to align and incorporate the flow of knowledge into legal advancements, cultural evolution and decision making in the business world.

  • Role

    Pooja co-leads the Strategy, Operations, and Planning on the Nature Governance team, where she executes the build-out of inclusive legal tools such as relational contracts; creates harmonious organizational practices; researches and co-develops content for Nature Governance; and facilitates collaborative partnerships.

    Bio

    Pooja Sharma is an Earth law advocate and a social enterprise attorney. Her legal background includes corporate law for nonprofits and social enterprises at Generate Purpose, legal advocacy and in-house counsel at Keystone Species Alliance, and ongoing contribution towards impact litigation to protect environmental rights.

    Pooja’s primary Nature element is *Fire*. Pooja’s versatile experience introduced her to creative forms of governance and the potential to construct new legal systems that account for all voices. This brought her to the intersectionality of ecology and law, and the Nature Governance team. As the bearer of the Fire element, Pooja advocates for a just world where all voices are heard and celebrated in the existing system, including Nature’s inherent right to exist. Her experience working with a wide range of clients — vulnerable populations, social entrepreneurs, and artists — positions her to lead with empathy and tenacity. Pooja aspires to use her Fire to represent Nature as warm, transformative, and alive.
