Wishing to deepen your sense of alignment and purpose within your life and your work? Looking to reconnect with Nature to enhance your corporate mission for a sustainable and regenerative future?
Join us for a transformative 5-Day immersion in the heart of 100s of acres of ancient forest in Frome, Somerset, to experience the power of Nature and Silence, Sound & Somatics. Our Nature Being Immersion offers a special opportunity to support the empowerment of purpose-driven leaders, decision-makers, corporate board members, and ecological businesses.
At 42 Acres, you will stay in luxurious and timeless buildings, surrounded and inspired by flourishing wild land, and enjoy a natural diet for regenerative living practices:
With the guidance of experienced practitioners and facilitators, you will participate in Silence, Sound and Somatic practices, to hold space for Conscious Conversations. Our team of facilitators will be on site, providing hands-on support and assistance, as you connect and explore the beauty of Nature within and around you.
Throughout the week, you will enjoy regenerative, hyper-local and simple food, showcasing a way of eating that continues the traditions of the past and supports our shared future. The Soil-to-Gut Food Philosophy at 42 Acres reflects the belief that as we restore microbiomes in our soils, we restore microbiomes in our guts. In this way, the land and food practices create a bridge between personal and planetary health.
Amongst like-minded individuals, you will also have the opportunity to connect and build lasting relationships that may support you long after the Immersion ends.
Embrace this chance to align with Nature, empower your interior and exterior Leader, and contribute to a more regenerative and inclusive future for all. See further below for the program.

Purpose.
The purpose is to offer the conditions for leaders, board members, and decision-makers to cultivate an ecological environment for wise decision-making. This is served through:
a) Curating the conditions for decision-makers to think outside the box and with/in Nature (with Nature, in Nature, and with the Nature inside ourselves);
b) Supporting leaders bridge the relationship between Nature and the corporate board, and grow as stewards of organisational transformation;
c) Facilitating the experience and awareness that We Are Nature; so that Nature-conscious leaders may nurture Nature-conscious governance with integrity, i.e the harmonious alignment of Thought, Words and Deeds.
Aim & Objective.
We cannot solve challenges with the same mindset that created them.
The Nature Being Immersion aims to support leaders and decision-makers at all levels of responsibility to cultivate an eco-logical mindframe - to connect with, listen to, learn from, understand, and experience Nature – the Nature within ourselves, and our selves within Nature.
The objective is to build and nurture bridges between Nature and business by expanding decision-makers’ awareness beyond the confines of a boardroom. To cultivate meaningful governance for a regenerative and sustainable future, you need to forster the rights conditions and the right environment.
The Immersion invites YOU into a natural environment, curating conditions in which you can experience the wisdom of Nature, integrate Nature-inspired ways of thinking, and amplify your nature as an eco-logical leader.
What is it?
‘Inscendence is the impulse not to rise above the world (transcendence) but to climb into it, seek its core.” (Thomas Berry, Dream of the Earth).
This event is therefore not a retreat from the world, but an immersion into the inner and outer Natural world. During the immersion, guests will cultivate their development of Nature-conscious leadership through the practice of Silence, Sound, Somatics and Conscious Conversations.
You will enter a natural environment to resource within Nature and reconnect to Nature within yourself; in order to bridge your understanding, experience and wisdom of Nature-conscious leadership and governance.
Who are your hosts?
ELC’s Nature Governance Agency is privileged to curate this 5-day Immersion, in partnership with 42 Acres regenerative estate.
ELC-NGA champions bringing the Voice of Nature within a wide range of companies and organisations. We support and assist leaders, decision-makers, and game-changers to connect with Nature within (self/being) and within Nature (i.e. natural environment and the world).
42 Acres is a place that lives within seven hundred acres of ancient forest, that hosts a variety of wild meadows and vast open fields, and is the source of four different rivers within a stone’s throw. 42 Acres opened in 2015, and invites people to reconnect with nature, self and others, and has now grown to offer so much more, including a range of wellbeing and nature-based experiences and events, a regenerative farm, and an abundant nature reserve.
Who is it for?
Leaders, decision-makers, policy-framers, game-changers, imagineers and influencers. This iteration of the Immersion is especially an invitation to C-suite board members (e.g. CEOs, CVOs, etc.), directors, managers, programme and community leaders (and more) who wish to explore and deepen their connection to Nature, in order to expand their Nature-conscious leadership and governance practice.

Programme
Silence, sound, and somatic practices are powerful tools that work in synergy to help realign body, mind, and spirit. Together, these modalities create a powerful environment for realignment and reconnection with one's true self, leading to improved physical and emotional well-being. By combining these modalities in an immersion setting, individuals can experience a profound transformation and deepening of the connection with themselves and the world around them. This work with/in Nature is supported by conscious conversations around Nature-consciousness, leadership and governance practices.
-
Silence provides a space for introspection, reflection, and deeper connection with Nature Being.
The first part of the week’s programming is 2 days of silence. We make no sound, we move slowly, we do not disturb other people’s practice.
* There is no phones allowed during this silence practice (emergency only).
-
Sound, or sound baths, can help release tension from the body and promote deep relaxation.
Within the week’s programming, sound is integrated as the second practice for awareness, as we emerge from silence.
-
Somatic practice involves the awareness and release of tension held in the body, and helps connect with the body's innate wisdom, facilitating physical and emotional rebalancing.
Somatics are integrated as a daily practice, through Qi Gong and slow movement.
-
Conscious conversations are part of an experiential space, where we enter into a conversation with our self and Nature being, with each other, and with the natural environment and more-than-human community of 42 Acres.
Within the programme, conscious conversations are gently integrated from the 3rd day, as a natural emergence from silence and sound practices, meant to progress into speaking with an awareness from the natural core of being.
-
Opportunities for deepening our practice with/in and connection to Nature will be peppered throughout the week. Participants may be able to request additional experiences such as ‘Savid Seed’, breath work, storytelling and a fire circle.
